Interpipe’s steel pipe output increases by 68.4 percent in January-August

According to preliminary data, in the first eight months of 2010 the pipe producing subsidiaries of Ukraine's Interpipe Corporation (Interpipe) increased their steel pipe output by 68.4 percent to 543,500 mt as compared to the same period of last year.
 
Specifically, in January-August this year, Interpipe NTRP registered a 55.5 percent increase in its steel pipe production to 224,300 mt, Interpipe NMPP saw its steel pipe output increase by 30.3 percent to 122,500 mt, while Interpipe Niko Tube's steel pipe output rose by 133 percent to 196,700 mt, all compared to the same period last year.
