The Ukrainian pipe and railway wheel producer Interpipe Corporation (Interpipe) has announced the receipt of a supply order for railway wheels from Greek Railway Company (OSE) under the KLW brand for railway rolling stocks.
Under the scope of the € 7 million contract, starting in February 2009 Interpipe will deliver two types of railway wheels to OSE - 1,100 mm diameter wheels designed for locomotives and 920 mm diameter wheels for passenger and freight trains. All of the railway wheels supplied will be produced in compliance with the standard EN 13262.
