The Ukrainian pipe and railway wheel producer Interpipe Corporation (Interpipe) has announced that its Dnepropetrovsk-based subsidiary Interpipe NTRP has successfully passed the complex preliminary audit carried out at the mill by Belgian national railway operator Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Belges (SNCB).
The main aim of the audit was to determine the level of conformity of the production process and of wheel products with international demands and standards. The audit also evaluated the readiness of the company to supply the SNCB with solid-rolled wheels of the right quality.
