Indonesia's iron and steel imports decreased by 23.64 percent compared to the previous month, amounting to $627.3 million, while the country's import value for articles of iron and steel decreased by 18.51 percent month on month to $341.3 million.
In the January-July period of the current year,
Indonesia's iron and steel import value amounted to $4.99 billion, falling 21.07 percent compared to the same period of the previous year, while the country's import value for articles of iron and steel amounted to $2.5 billion, down 15.57 percent year on year.
