Indonesia's iron and steel imports decreased by 12.63 percent compared to the previous month, amounting to $681.3 million, while the country's import value for articles of iron and steel decreased by 11.61 percent month on month to $324.2 million.
In the first five months of the current year,
Indonesia's iron and steel import value amounted to $3.54 billion, falling 23.64 percent compared to the same period of the previous year, while the country's import value for articles of iron and steel amounted to $1.74 billion, down 22.08 percent year on year.
