Indonesia extends AD duty on certain HRC imports

Indonesia’s Ministry of Finance has announced that it has extended the antidumping (AD) duty on hot rolled coil (HRC) imports from China, India, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Taiwan and Thailand for another five years.

Antidumping duty rates for China stand at 20 percent, range between 12.95 percent and 20 percent for India, between 8.96 percent and 20 percent for Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus, between 4.24 percent and 20 percent for Taiwan and between 7.52 percent and 20 percent for Thailand.

The products subject to antidumping duty currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7208.10.00.00, 7208.25.00.00, 7208.26.00.00, 7208.27.10.00, 7208.27.90.00, 7208.36.00.00, 7208.37.00.00, 7208.37.00.00, 7208.38.00.00, 7208.39.00.00, 7208.39.00.00 and 7208.90.00.00.
