Hunan Valin Steel produces 12.81 million mt of crude steel in Jan-Aug

Hunan Province-based Chinese steelmaker Hunan Valin Iron & Steel Co. (Hunan Valin Steel) has announced respective pig iron, crude steel and finished steel outputs of 10.57 million mt, 12.81 million mt and 12.06 million mt for the January-August period of the current year.

In August alone, its pig iron, crude steel and finished steel outputs amounted to 1.43 million mt, 1.71 million mt and 1.60 million mt, respectively.
