Hebei Steel Mining’s iron ore concentrate output up 4.46% in Jan-Feb

On March 22, Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Hebei Iron and Steel Group announced that in the January-February period of the current year its subsidiary Hebei Iron and Steel Group Mining Co. (Hebei Steel Mining) produced 1.2191 million mt of iron ore concentrate, up by 4.46 percent year on year.
 
In 2012, Hebei Steel Mining had produced 7.22 million mt of iron ore concentrate, up 2.11 percent year on year, while the company’s sales revenues last year had amounted to RMB 7.2 billion ($1.15 billion).
