Following the granting of approval by the Hebei Provincial Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce, the official establishment of the new Chinese steelmaking group Hebei Jinxi Steel Group is taking place today, December 31, 2009.
With Hebei Jinxi Iron and Steel Co. as the parent company, Hebei Jinxi Steel Group owns about ten holding subsidiaries, including Hebei Jinxi Section Steel Co., Tangshan Fengrui Zhengda Steel Co., Guangdong Foshan Jinxi Jinlan Cold Rolling Sheet Co., Tangshan Jinxi Mining Co., Suifenghe Jinyin Trading Co. and others. As the largest section steel production base in China, Hebei Jinxi Iron and Steel Co. has been on the list of China's top 500 enterprises since 2003, with its products exported to Japan, South Korea, EU and other countries.
