On April 28, Hebei Province-based Handan Steel released its May ex-factory prices for HR, CR and coated products. All ex-factory prices remained unchanged compared with April.
According to the new price list, the price of Q235 2.75 mm thick HR is RMB 4,370/mt ($567/mt), that of Q235 5.5 mm thick HR is RMB 4,180/mt ($542/mt), SPCC 1.0 mm CRC stands at RMB 5,000/mt ($649/mt), while SPCC 1.0 mm Full Hard costs RMB 4,600/mt ($597/mt).
The above prices include taxes and are effective as of April 28, 2007.
