Handan Steel ups medium plate price

SteelOrbis Shanghai On February 28, Hebei Province-based Handan Steel increased its ex-factory prices for medium plate by RMB 100/mt ($13/mt). After the adjustment, the mill's price of 8 mm thick Q235 common carbon medium plate now costs RMB 4,520/mt ($584/mt), while its price of 14-25 mm Q235 has risen to RMB 4,040/mt ($522/mt). The above prices include taxes and are effective as of February 28, 2007.
