Handan Steel to commission its upgraded CR mill

According to recent news in the market, Chinese steel producer Handan Steel will commission its upgraded cold rolling mill soon. Facilities in pickling section, such as grinding machine, are expected to be installed at the end of December. Moreover, a part of pickling line has started to operate. It is reported that color coating line is ready to operate. The annual production capacity of the cold rolling mill will be 1.3 million tons. The cost of the project is Yuan 4.39 billion ($530.4 million).
