Grupo Simec buys back shares, authorizes repurchase fund

Grupo Simec said Tuesday in a statement that through its repurchase fund, the company bought 10,000 shares of the SIMEC-B series on December 28, 2015.

The company also noted that it has authorized a fund to repurchase for 1 billion Mexican pesos (US$57.5 million) which will be used to support interested investors, which seeks greater liquidity of stock in the market.
