Gibraltar and Duferco form a joint venture
According to recent market news,
North America's metal proccessor
Gibraltar and Duferce Farrell Corporation, located in Farrell, Pennsylvania have announced that they formed a joint venture, in which the two companies will possess 50% share. The name of the new company will be
Gibraltar DFC Strip Steel, LLC.
The joint venture company will serve to
automotive, appliance and service center industries. Moreover, the company will have assets including Sendzimir reversing cold reduction mill, temper mill, SECO slitter and ten Hicon Ebner hydrogen annealing furnaces.
With the establishment of the joint venture company, the two shareholders will possess high-quality strip steel products.
