In particular, in the January-July period the foreign trade freight volume handled at large ports in China totaled 2.42761 billion mt, rising by 2.6 percent year on year.
Meanwhile, in the given period containers handled at large ports in China amounted to 142.2844 million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs), increasing by 4.8 percent year on year.
