Freight volume on China’s Daqin railway up 5.92% in January-August

Chinese company Daqin Railway Co. Ltd (Daqin Railway) has announced that in the first eight months of the current year the freight volume transported on its railway line from Datong, Shanxi Province to Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province amounted to 301.66 million mt, up 5.92 percent year on year.

In August alone, the freight volume transported on the Daqin railway line amounted to 37.48 million mt, down 2.47 percent year on year.
