Freight volume on China’s Daqin railway hits record high in 2018

Chinese company Daqin Railway Co. Ltd (Daqin Railway) has announced that in 2018 the freight volume transported on its railway line from Datong, Shanxi Province to Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province amounted to 451.0 million mt, up 4.3 percent year on year, constituting a new annual record.

In 2017, the freight volume transported on the railway line had amounted to 432.39 million mt, up 23.1 percent year on year.
