France's steel product export value up 4.4 percent in January-November

According to the statistics released by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, in the January-November period last year France's basic steel product and ferroalloy exports amounted to a value of €9.91 billion, rising by 4.4 percent year on year.

During the period in question, France exported €1.17 billion of steel pipes and tubes - down 1.5 percent, €428.72 million of cold rolled steel bars - up 19 percent, €620.8 million of cold rolled steel strip - up 7.2 percent, €332 million of cold drawn wire - up 1.2 percent, and €695.63 million of metal structures and parts - rising by 12.8 percent, all compared to the first 11 months of 2017.
