France's steel product export value down 9.9 percent in Jan-Nov

According to the statistics released by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, in the first 11 months of last year France's basic steel product and ferroalloy exports amounted to a value of €7.52 billion, falling by 9.9 percent year on year.
 
During the period in question, France exported €1.32 billion of steel pipes and tubes - down 36.1 percent, €493.69 million of cold rolled steel strip - up six percent, €320.2 million of cold drawn wire - down by 6.7 percent, €298.72 million of cold rolled steel bars - up 0.9 percent, and €622.57 million of metal structures and parts - down by 13.9 percent, all compared to the same period of 2015.
