France's steel product export value down 9.2 percent in January-November

According to the statistics released by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, in the January-November period last year France's basic steel product and ferroalloy exports amounted to a value of €9.01 billion, decreasing by 9.2 percent year on year.

During the period in question, France exported €1.35 billion of steel pipes and tubes - up 15.1 percent, €384.44 million of cold rolled steel bars - down 10.3 percent, €550.79 million of cold rolled steel strip - down 11.3 percent, €296.14 million of cold drawn wire - down 10.8 percent, and €639.39 million of metal structures and parts - falling by 8.1 percent, all compared to the first 11 months of 2018.
