France’s construction cost index up 4.58 percent in Q2

According to the data released by France's National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE), the country's construction cost index in the second quarter of 2012 rose 4.58 percent year on year, while it rose three percent as compared to the previous quarter. In the first quarter of this year, the index had fallen by 1.3 percent quarter on quarter and was up 4.05 percent year on year.
