Final results of AD review on structural steel beams from two countries
On May 2, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated a sunset review of antidumping duty orders on structural steel beams imported from South Korea and Japan. On the basis of adequate responses from domestic interested parties and inadequate responses from respondent interested parties, the DOC conducted an expedited (120-day) sunset review. As a result of these reviews, the DOC determined that the revocation of the antidumping duty orders would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated below:Country/Producers Margin Japan Kawasaki Steel Corp..........................65.21 percent Nippon Steel Corp............................65.21 percent NKK Corp/TOA Steel Co, Ltd...................65.21 percent Sumitomo Metals Industries, Ltd..............65.21 percent Tokyo Steel Manufacturing Co, Ltd............65.21 percent Topy Industries, Limited.....................65.21 percent All others...................................31.98 percent South Korea INI Steel Company............................25.31 percent All others...................................37.25 percent
