Final results of AD review on stainless steel bar from Germany
The US Department of Commerce on Wednesday (April 13) announced the final results of its administrative review of an antidumping order on stainless steel bar from Germany. The review covers four affiliated German producers/exporters (collectively known as BGH) during the period from March 1, 2003 through February 29, 2004. Subject to the review were BGH Edelstahl Freital GmbH, BGH Edelstahl Lippendorf GmbH, BGH Edelstahl Lugau GmbH, and BGH Edelstahl Siegen GmbH. The Department calculated a final weighted-average dumping margin of 0.01 percent for BGH. This margin is insignificant, and it compares with the previous dumping duty deposit rate of 0.52 percent. Accordingly, effective April 13, 2005, the dumping duty deposit rate for the BGH will be zero. However, the antidumping order will remain in effect with respect to BGH. The dumping duty rate can be changed if further administrative reviews are requested in the future.Final results of AD review on stainless steel bar from Germany
