Final results of AD review on CTL plate from Romania
On September 30, 2003, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain cut-to-length (CTL) carbon steel plate imported from Romania. The period of review was August 1, 2002, through July 31, 2003. The DOC preliminarily determined that the duty margins for Ispat Sidex, S.A and Metalexportimport, S.A were 33.19%. Moreover, the DOC announced its intention to rescind the review with respect to imports from CSR SA Resita and MINMET, S.A since the two producers did not ship the subject merchandise to the US during the period of review. After analyzing the comments on the preliminary results, the DOC decided to make changes in the margin calculations. Moreover, the DOC decided to annul the review with respect to CSR SA Resita and MINMET, S.A due to abovementioned reason. The following weighted-average margins exist for the period of August 1, 2002, through July 31, 2003:Producer/exporter Margin Ispat Sidex......................................13.50% Metalexportimport, S.A...........................13.50%
