Final results of AD review on certain flat products from Holland
On December 3, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) published preliminary results of an administrative review of antidumping duties on certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products imported from the Netherlands. The period of review was November 1, 2002, through October 31, 2003, and covers only one Dutch producer of the subject merchandise. After analyzing the comments on the preliminary results, the DOC decided to make changes. Accordingly, the final results differ from the preliminary results. The following weighted-average dumping margin exists for the subject Dutch producer:Producer/Manufacturer Margin Corus Staal BV...............................4.42%
