Final results of AD review on certain flat products from Canada

On September 13, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) published preliminary results of an administrative review of the antidumping duties on certain corrosion resistant carbon steel flat products imported from Canada. The period of review was August 1, 2002, through July 31, 2003. After analyzing the comments on the preliminary results, the DOC decided to make changes. Accordingly, the final results differ from the preliminary results. The following weighted-average dumping margins exist for the subject Canadian producers:
