FAI in China’s roads and waterways up 3.3 percent in Q1

In the January-March period of this year, fixed asset investment (FAI) in roads and waterways in China totaled RMB 372.22 billion ($55.5 billion), increasing by 3.3 percent year on year, as announced by China’s Ministry of Transportation (MOT).

In particular, in the given period FAI in roads in China amounted to RMB 350.48 billion ($52.2 billion), increasing by 2.7 percent year on year.
