FAI in China’s road and waterways to total 1.8 trillion in 2018

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has stated in a government work report that fixed asset investment (FAI) in railways in China will amount to RMB 732.0 billion ($111.6 billion) in 2018, while FAI in the country's roads and waterways will total RMB 1.8 trillion ($0.28 trillion), and the scale of investment in water conservancy projects will amount to RMB 1.0 trillion ($0.16 trillion) in the given year.
