Evraz UGOK’s iron ore concentrate and agglomerate outputs decline in October

In October this year, Evraz UGOK (Southern Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise), a subsidiary of Russian mining and steel producing company Evraz Group, saw its iron ore concentrate production decline by 0.8 percent year on year to 857,600 mt. Its output of agglomerate in the given month decreased by 23.5 percent year on year to 130,000 mt.

In the January-October period of the current year, Evraz UGOK saw a 2.7 percent year-on-year increase in its iron ore concentrate production to 8.665 million mt, while its output of agglomerate went up by 8.5 percent year on year to 1.667 million mt.
