Evraz consolidates European sales system

The Russian mining and steel producing company Evraz Group (Evraz) has announced that it is proceeding with the consolidation of its European sales system and the formation of an integrated pan-European trading strategy aimed at assuring the best marketing and sales possibilities for all Evraz European assets.

In addition, Evraz has also announced managerial changes at its Czech-based subsidiary Evraz Vitkovice Steel as of October 1, 2010, with Mr. Jiri Postulka resigning from his position as sales director and from the board of directors. Evraz Vitkovice Steel's sales efforts will be temporarily supervised by Evraz European Sales director Diego Zanuso.
