In November this year, new commercial vehicle registrations in the European Union (EU) increased 2.5 percent year on year to 210,554 units, according to the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA).
In November, among the five big markets, Spain (+15.3%), France (+9.2%) and Germany (+6.1%) recorded the highest gains, all year on year, while the United Kingdom (-11.8%) and Italy (-10%) performed significantly less well than in November last year.
In the January-November period of this year, new commercial vehicle registrations in the EU totaled almost 2,196,922 units, up 3.9 percent on year-on-year basis. Spain (+15.1%), France (+7.8%) and Germany (+3.6%) recorded increases, while the UK (-4.6%) market declined, all year on year.
