European commercial vehicle registrations down by 11.5 percent in January

In January this year, new commercial vehicle registrations in the European Union (EU) fell by 11.5 percent year on year to 153,114 units, according to the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA).

In January, Spain (-19.3%) posted the highest decrease, followed by France (-9.1%), Germany (-7.6%) and Italy (-2.9%), while the registrations of new commercial vehicles rose only in the UK (+1.1%).
