Esmark Europe BV filed a lawsuit Wednesday in US District Court seeking more than $100 million in damages from Peter Kamaras, alleging the Slovakian businessman intentionally sabotaged the company's efforts to purchase the state-owned Zelezara Smederevo steel mill in Serbia.

The lawsuit, which includes Bouchard Group LLC and Bouchard Group Europe LLC as plaintiffs, includes allegations of breach of contract, tortious interference, misuse of confidential information, defamation and unfair competition.
