Tangshan, Hebei Province-based Chinese steel producer Donghai Special Steel Co. has launched construction work on its continuous casting project No. 2, as announced by Beijing-based state-owned China Metallurgical Group Co. (MCC). The actual construction work will be carried out by MCC subsidiary China Third Metallurgical Group Co.
The continuous casting project No. 2 forms part of an overall project which includes construction of three converters and three continuous casting machines.
