DOC determination is negative for CVD on WR from Turkey

US Department of Commerce determines no countervailable subsidies are provided to producers and exporters for carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Turkey. The subsidies are measured for the calender year of 2002 and the information is provided from the Government of the Republic of Turkey, Colakoglu Metalurji, Habas Sinai ve Tibbi Gazlar Istihsal Endustrisi A.S. The DOC determination is negative and therefore no countervailing duty will be applied.
