DOC amends final results of AD review on Romanian pipes

As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) on February 11, 2005, published the final results of an antidumping administrative review on certain small diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line and pressure pipe from Romania. The period of review was August 1, 2002, through July 31, 2003. Upon receiving allegations of ministerial error from petitioner US Steel Corporation, the DOC decided to amend the final results of the antidumping administrative review regarding imports from Romanian producer/exporter S.C. Silcotub. Accordingly, the duty margin for the Romanian producer is increased from 1.21% to 1.35%.
