In April this year, Ukrainian steel mill Dneprospetstal's output of crude steel decreased by 6.1 percent month on month to 25,976 mt, while its rolled metal production increased by 0.9 percent month on month to 17,460 mt, according to the company’s preliminary results.
In the January-April period, Dneprospetstal saw a 20 percent year-on-year decrease in its crude steel output to 99,740 mt, while its production of rolled metal in the given period went down by 25.6 percent year on year to 63,281 mt.
