DJJ promotes Craig Feldman to President

The David J. Joseph Company, a subsidiary of Nucor Corporation, announced Monday that effective January 13, 2013, Craig Feldman will become president of DJJ with direct responsibility for all businesses and activities across the DJJ family of companies. Mark Schaefer will succeed Feldman as Executive Vice President of the Recycling Group.

Feldman has been with DJJ since 1986 and has served in a variety of roles, including District Manager of the ferrous trading business, president of Western Metals Recycling, Operations Staff Member for DJJ's Netherlands-parent company until 2008, and currently serves as EVP of DJJ's Recycling Group. In addition to his new responsibilities, Feldman will continue to serve as a vice president and General Manager of Nucor.

In addition to Schaefer's new duties, he will also become a Nucor General Manager. Meanwhile, Keith Grass, the current President and CEO of DJJ will continue as CEO of the company as part of his responsibilities as EVP of Nucor.
