The White House today leaked a six-page draft of its $1 trillion infrastructure plan to US domestic news outlets.

At current, the draft provides incentives for both state and local governments, in addition to regional authorities, metropolitan authorities and private developers, to break ground on a wide range of infrastructure projects.

A final draft is expected to be released before Jan. 30, when President Trump will deliver his State of the Union address.
