Cost of civil construction in Buenos Aires rises in November

The cost of civil construction in the greater Buenos Aires area in November increased 0.6 percent, month-on-month, according to data released this week by the country’s statistics agency (Indec).

Government data said the cost of materials in November rose 1.5 percent, month-on-month. General expenses grew 0.4 percent in November, also on a month-on-month basis.

On an annual basis of comparison, cost of materials in November improved 20.1 percent, year-on-year. Cost of workforce rose 24.6 percent in the same period.

General expenses in the greater Buenos Aires area in November grew 33.1 percent, also year-on-year.
