Coal shipments by China’s railways up 17.4 percent in Jan-Sept

In September this year, coal shipments by Chinese railways amounted to 178 million mt, up 11.4 percent year on year, as announced by National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC).

In the first nine months of the current year, coal shipments by Chinese railways totaled 1.61 billion mt, rising by 17.4 percent year on year.
