Coal mines of 300,000 mt capacity in Yunnan to be shut down by 2021

The raw coal output of China’s Yunnan Province will kept below 48.0 million mt in 2019, 58.0 million mt in 2020, and 80.0 million mt in 2021, as announced by the provincial government in Yunnan.

Moreover, the number of coal mines in Yunnan will be reduced to less than 200 by the end of 2021. At the same time, small coal mines with an annual capacity of 300,000 mt will be shut down completely by the end of 2021.
