Civil construction costs increase in Buenos Aires in August

The cost of civil construction in the greater Buenos Aires area in August rose 1.1 percent, month-on-month, according to data released this week by the country’s statistics agency, Indec.

According to Indec, cost of materials, workforce and general expenses in August improved 2.2, 0.6 and 0.7 percent, respectively, month­-on-month.

Argentina’s cost of materials, workforce and general expenses in August also improved 21.1, 36.9 and 43.7 percent in the year-on-year analysis, according to Indec.
