Chongqing Steel Group to implement reforms for its subsidiaries

Chongqing-based Chinese steel producer Chongqing Steel Group will implement reforms in its subsidiaries in four ways.

First of all, it will promote main subsidiaries to be listed, for instance, Xichang Mining and Chongqing Steel Structure.

Secondly, it will integrate the resources and production facilities for those companies whose businesses are closely related to Chongqing Iron and Steel Co. (Chongqing Steel).

Thirdly, it will implement the reform of diversified enterprises to convert management and realize high-quality development.

Fourthly, it will withdraw those companies who face the difficult operation.
