Chinese steelmakers see overall net loss of RMB 14.627 billion in Nov

In November this year, China’s large and medium-size steelmakers registered an overall net loss  of RMB 14.627 billion ($2.26 billion), according to data from the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA).

In the January-November period this year, China’s large and medium-size steelmakers registered an overall sales revenue of RMB 2.664 trillion ($0.41 trilllion), down 19.3 percent year on year, with a net loss of RMB 53.132 billion ($8.20 billion) compared to a net profit of RMB 24.387 billion recorded in the same period of 2014.
