Chinese automaker SAIC’s sales down 30.24 percent in H1

Chinese auto manufacturer SAIC Motor Corporation Ltd announced that its auto sales amounted to 479,464 units in June, indicating a year-on-year rise of 2.8 percent. In the first half of the current year, its auto sales amounted to 2.049 million units, down 30.24 percent year on year.

In the first half this year, another major Chinese auto manufacturer FAW Group Co., Ltd produced 1,622,279 vehicles, up 1.5 percent year on year, while it sold 1,630,923 vehicles, up 2.3 percent year on year.
