China’s stainless steel output up 8.03 percent in H1

In the first half of the current year, China’s stainless steel output amounted to 11.729 million mt, increasing by 8.03 percent year on year, according to the Stainless Steel Council of China Special Steel Enterprises Association (SSC-CSSEA).
 
In the given period, China’s stainless steel imports amounted to 333,600 mt, down 10.53 percent, while its stainless steel exports totaled 1.8212 million mt, rising by 0.61 percent, both year on year.
