China’s semi-finished imports down 41.2 percent in January-February

In the January-February period of the current year, China imported 160,000 mt of semi-finished steel, decreasing by 41.2 percent year on year, according to the monthly import and export data issued by the Chinese customs authorities.

In February alone, China imported 80,000 mt of semi-finished steel, down 19.2 percent year on year.
