In the January-February period this year, China’s exports to the EU, the ASEAN region, Japan and South Korea rose by 7.5 percent, 7.0 percent, 3.7 percent and 9.8 percent year on year, respectively, as announced by the Ministry of Commerce (MOC).
In the given period, the value of China’s exports to countries in the One Belt, One Road region amounted to RMB 1.28 trillion ($0.19 trillion), up 2.4 percent year on year.
In the January-February period this year, China’s total foreign trade value amounted to $662.72 billion, indicating a year-on-year decline of 3.9 percent, according to the data previously issued by the Chinese customs authorities.
