China’s daily crude steel output up two percent in Sept over Aug

According to the figures released by China’s National Bureau of Statistics, in September this year the aggregate crude steel output in China totaled 57.95 million mt, up 0.6 percent year on year. Meanwhile, the average daily crude steel output in China in the given month was 1.932 million mt, up two percent compared to August.
 
In the January-September period of this year, the aggregate crude steel production in China amounted to 542.34 million mt, indicating an increase of 1.7 percent compared with the same period of last year.
